Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 5–12 business days  
- United States: 7–15 business days  
- International: 10–25 business days  

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 Lost or Delayed Packages
