Return & Refund Policy

At Two Plates, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at twoplatestp@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and problem

If approved, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Sizing

Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues caused by incorrect size selection.

Returns

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a short time after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
